Who can get a hair transplant?

Men with androgenic hair loss (depending on age, hormones and family heritage) are the most common cases of hair transplantation. Therefore, the most common cosmetic procedure for men is hair transplantation. In addition, cases of burns; those who had already planted but were not satisfied; people with partial baldness after a facelift operation; Some of the patients with hairless area due to certain diseases and also in the case of hair loss for women.

Am I eligible for hair transplantation?

During the consultation; hair analysis, type of loss, controls of the donor area will be carried out by the team and deemed feasible for people with healthy hair in the donor area.

How important is the age factor?

Age is the most important factor in the transplant process, hair loss is not over.  Hair loss in men slows down after 35 years. Be aware that the patient may need a 2nd or 3rd session.

How long does hair growth take?

After the process, a red crust occurs in the planting area. You can avoid this by washing your head once a day. The crusts completely disappear in 5-6 days. Hair sticking to the crusts is lost. Thus, within 7 to 15 days, the patient returns to the pre-planting view.

Then about one to two months later new hair begins to grow. The change most often occurs during the 3rd and 4th month. In the following periods, it sometimes takes 7 to 8 months for all the hair to grow. The diet and the cares of the person after the hair transplant and especially his psychological state are of great importance in terms of hair growth.

Can we have multiple hair transplants?

Hair transplantation can be done multiple times depending on the area of transplantation and the amount of hair loss of the patient and the donor area.

What will change after hair transplantation, will it look natural?

After hair transplantation, you will get natural looki, full and dense hair in the first place. Will I have pain after hair transplantation?

You may have aches and pains in the donor area or the transplant area such as itching and tingling immediately after the procedure. These complaints do not last more than a day and go away with treatment with a analgesic  prescribed by your doctor.

Can women do hair transplantation like men?
